If you are experiencing an issue or error on your device while running the Fusion Signage application, see if we have a resolution for it here:

### An error has occurred (The quota has been exceeded).. restarting the application shortly.

**Cause:**

Our application stores logs and reporting of playback on the device which are sent to the servers and then deleted at regular intervals. Usually if the device running an old version of our application hasn't been online for an extended period of time, these logs accumulate and aren't deleted. We have fixed this issue in newer versions.

**Fix**

1. Try to clear storage/data on the device.
2. Re-install the latest version of the Fusion Signage application

Both of these will give you a new identity which can be replaced within Deploy -> Screens section by clicking on the screen name and the icon next to the current identity.

### An error has occured (Failed to execute ‘setItem’ on ‘Storage’: Setting the value of ‘fusion\_proof\_of\_play’ exceeded the quota.)… restarting the application shortly.

### An error has occured (cannot read property 'length' of undefined)... restarting the application shortly.

**Cause:**

You are likely using a Zone and a Playlist within the Zone has no content assign, or content set using content level scheduling which is making it inactive.

**Fix:**

Find the Zone and check each Playlist to ensure there is content added, or the content is active in the zone.

Update your application to a newer version as this has been fixed in later application releases.

### Android System WebView is not available

**Cause: **
Device does not have a WebView browser installed and unfortunately no content will play without WebView.

**Fix: **

You will need to check with your device manufacturer to find out how to install Webview. This is unfortunately not part of Fusion Signage and will depend on your specific device.

### Samsung install custom app "Unable to connect to the server. Please try again later."

**Cause:**

Usually the time and date on the device hasn't been set, or the device isn't properly connected to the internet.

**Fix:**

- Check the device time and date is set correctly
- Confirm the device is connected to the internet
- Hotspot the device of your mobile phone to check on a standalone connection to identify any issues with the local network
- Factory reset the device and try installation again
- Still not working, run [https://whatismyipaddress.com/](https://whatismyipaddress.com/) in the device browser and get in touch with support to let us know your public IP. We will check our logs to see if there is something specific happening.
