Multifactor Authentication adds an extra layer of security to your Fusion Signage account. It’s not required, but we highly recommend enabling it for added peace of mind. You’ll need a supported third-party mobile Authenticator App, like Google Authenticator, Duo, or Microsoft Authenticator.

**How to Set Up MFA**

1. Log in to your Fusion Signage portal and go to Settings (on the left side, below your user profile).
2. Click the Security > Login Methods. Here, you'll see options to change your password or set up MFA.
3. Click the Start Setup button.
4. A QR code will appear on your screen.
5. Open your preferred Authenticator App and scan the QR code.
 - Popular options include Google Authenticator, Duo, or Microsoft Authenticator.
6. Once scanned, the app will generate a 6-digit code. Enter this code into the space provided on your Fusion Signage page.
7. Click the Verify and Enable MFA button.

**And you're done!**
From now on, when you log in to Fusion Signage, you'll need to enter the 6-digit code from your Authenticator App.

**To disable MFA**
Go back to Settings > Security and click the Disable Multifactor Authentication button.
