The following triggers are currently available through their respective Zapier integrations. However, they do not ordinarily provide a media file by themselves.

To use them with Fusion Signage, you may need to add steps that retrieve, create, convert or host a media file before running the **Upload Media** action.

### Google Sheets

Triggers may include:

- **New Spreadsheet Row** 
- **Updated Spreadsheet Row** 
- **New or Updated Spreadsheet Row** 
- **New or Updated Spreadsheet Row (Team Drive)** 
- **New Worksheet** 

### Google Forms

Triggers may include:

- **New Form Response** 
- **New or Updated Form Response** 

### Google Calendar

Triggers may include:

- **New Event** 
- **Event Start** 
- **Event Cancelled** 
- **New Calendar** 

### Schedule by Zapier

Scheduling options include:

- **Every Day** 
- **Every Week** 
- **Every Month** 

You can select the time at which the scheduled Zap should run.

Example: *Every Monday morning, retrieve the latest weekly-specials image and upload it to Fusion Signage.*

## Important considerations

Before publishing your Zap:

- Confirm that the trigger provides a file or usable file URL. 
- Ensure the file URL is accessible to Zapier and Fusion Signage. 
- Links requiring a separate login may not work as media URLs. 
- Confirm that the file uses a media format supported by Fusion Signage. 
- Map the file itself—not a preview page—to the **Media URL** field. 
- Select the correct destination folder in Fusion Signage. 
- Test the Zap with a real media file. 
- Remember that uploading media does not automatically add it to a playlist or publish it to a screen. 
- Trigger availability may change as Zapier updates its integrations.
