This feature is available for Advanced or Pro Licence accounts.

**For individual users**

- Within the portal, go to Settings > Users.
- Click Manage next to the user.
- Click Copy Screen Status Notification Settings to copy notification preferences to other users.

**For enabling notifications**

- In the Deploy section, click the word Disabled next to any screen (or click the screen name, then press the Offline Notifications button at the bottom of the pop-up).
- A pop-up appears – select the screens you want notifications for.
- Toggle Enable Screen Notifications to On.
- Set the notification interval in minutes (minimum of 10 minutes).
- Choose the timezone for each screen.
- If your screens power off at night, toggle Set Notification Times and specify hours you want to be notified only if offline during business hours.
- Click Save – these settings will apply to all selected screens.
