Philips - Resetting and Clearing the Cache

Please note resetting the application will remove all content and reset the identity code. You must replace the identity code or delete the screen from your Fusion Signage account and re-add it afterward.

Steps to reset Fusion Signage on Philips display

Step 1 – access the Philips menu

  • Press ​Home > 1,8,8,8 > Return.

Step 2 – open settings

  • Navigate to Settings.

Step 3 – locate the Fusion Signage app

  • Under the Device header, select Apps.

  • Find and select the Fusion Signage application.

Step 4 – clear application data

  • Click on Clear Data to erase all app content and reset the app.

  • Press the Back button to return to the Fusion Signage menu.

Step 5 – confirm new identity code

  • After returning, Fusion Signage will display a new identity code on the screen.

Before deleting the old screen, note the following.

  • Screen name

  • Time zone (click the screen name to see it)

  • Current playlist/schedule

Re-adding the screen to Fusion Signage

  1. Log into your Fusion Signage portal: https://app.fusionsignage.com.au/.

  2. Navigate to Deploy.

  3. Find the screen you want to replace.

    • Check the box next to its name.

    • Click Delete in the top right corner.

  4. Click Add Screen in the top right corner.

  5. On your display, you will see a 5-6 digit Identity. Enter this into the popup window.

  6. Provide the screen name (the same as before), select your licence and set the timezone.

  7. Click Add.

Your screen is now re-registered, and you can proceed to add content as needed.
