No Bandwidth

Fusion Signage calculates bandwidth usage based on the images and videos you upload to your account. This bandwidth resets each month. The amount of bandwidth you get depends on the number of licences you have. More licences = more bandwidth.

No bandwidth error
If you’ve never had bandwidth issues before but suddenly receive a notification saying you have none left, it probably means your licence has expired. Check if your licence is still active. If it’s expired, contact your reseller to renew it.

Content size
Your allocated bandwidth should usually last the entire month. If you’re running out before the month’s end and your licence is still active, your content might be too large. We recommend checking the resolution and bitrate to ensure your content is properly compressed for efficient use.
