Fusion Signage uses two key metrics to manage your content limits β storage and bandwidth.
Storage
Storage is the space (measured in GB) available in your account to store images and videos.
The amount of storage depends on your licence type.
Basic Licence = 1GB per licence.
Advanced Licence = 2GB per licence.
Pro Licence = 5GB per licence.
The total storage is cumulative. For example, if you have 10 Advanced Licences, you get 20GB of storage.
You can view your storage usage and remaining capacity on the Dashboard.
To free up space, delete old or unused content in the Manage section.
Bandwidth
Bandwidth is the amount of data (GB) you can upload monthly into your media library.
Streaming content like YouTube or web pages via the Designer does not count against your bandwidth (though it uses your local internet connection).
The bandwidth resets each month and is calculated based on your licences.
Basic and Advanced Licences = 1GB per licence per month.
Pro Licence = 2GB per licence per month.
The total bandwidth is cumulative. For example, with 10 Advanced Licences, you get 10GB monthly.
If you exceed your bandwidth limit, you'll need to wait until the next month to upload new content.
You can monitor your storage and bandwidth usage on your Dashboard at any time.
