Content Not Updating

If you’ve published new content but it isn’t showing up on your screen, there could be a few reasons.

  • The screen isn’t connected to the internet and is showing as offline in the Deploy section.
    Try the steps here or contact your reseller for help.

  • Slow or unstable internet connection.
    Large video files (in particular) may not fully download.
    Try reducing the file size, or hotspot your device to your phone to see if download speeds improve.

  • Content resolution is too high.
    For best performance, keep images and videos at around 1920 x 1080 (landscape) or 1080 x 1920 (portrait).

  • The wrong playlist or schedule has been assigned to the screen.
    Check in your Deploy section to ensure the correct playlist or schedule is assigned.

  • Hardware issue with the screen or device.
    If nothing is displaying at all, there might be a hardware fault.
    In that case, contact your reseller for assistance.
