If you've installed the Fusion Signage app correctly but the screen isnโt showing an identifier, try the following:
Check your internet connection and ensure the network cable is plugged in securely.
Verify the time and date are correct on your device. Fusion Signage relies on accurate time and date settings to pass security certificates.
Note for Philips BDL4150D Panels โ these panels have a separate date and time setting stored within the panel itself (not in the Android settings). To set it:
Press Home > Advanced Options > Date & Time.
Set Auto Sync to Yes.
