Multifactor Authentication (MFA)

Updated over a week ago

Multifactor Authentication adds an extra layer of security to your Fusion Signage account. It’s not required, but we highly recommend enabling it for added peace of mind. You’ll need a supported third-party mobile Authenticator App, like Google Authenticator, Duo, or Microsoft Authenticator.

How to Set Up MFA

  1. Log in to your Fusion Signage portal and go to Settings (on the left side, below your user profile).

  2. Click the Security tab. Here, you'll see options to change your password or set up MFA.

  3. Click the Start Setup button.

  4. A QR code will appear on your screen.

    • Open your preferred Authenticator App and scan the QR code.

    • Popular options include Google Authenticator, Duo, or Microsoft Authenticator.

  5. Once scanned, the app will generate a 6-digit code. Enter this code into the space provided on your Fusion Signage page.

  6. Click the Verify and Enable MFA button.

And you're done!
From now on, when you log in to Fusion Signage, you'll need to enter the 6-digit code from your Authenticator App.

To disable MFA
Go back to Settings > Security and click the Disable Multifactor Authentication button.
