Supported Android application level
If your device runs on Android, it’s important to check your current app version.
Devices running an older version of our app (A-v1.X.X) might experience issues displaying templates properly, mainly because of limited website support.
Starting from A-v2.X.X, we’ve incorporated our own Firefox-based browser into the app. This improvement allows better website handling and smoother image/video playback, without relying on outdated device browsers that often don’t support modern HTML.
Why upgrade?
If you see warnings about using v1 applications in your portal, or if you’re experiencing display or playback issues – it’s time to upgrade.

You can find the version in the Deploy section under the App Version column next to each device.

Note – some devices are not compatible with v2 of the app due to hardware or OS limitations. The known unsupported devices are:
