WebOS Signage vs. WebOS
Please note that WebOS Signage is different from WebOS used in LG Smart TVs.
Typically, Smart TVs run WebOS, which is not supported for Fusion Signage.
WebOS Signage is designed for commercial displays and panels.

Note – always ensure your device is running the latest firmware to prevent playback issues.
LG Remote
Use the LG remote control for navigation and settings adjustments.
Handy hint – make sure your screen is connected to the nominated network before starting the installation.
Installing Fusion Signage on LG WebOS
Pre-requisites
Device must be connected to the internet.
Set the correct date and time.
Connecting to the internet
Press the Settings button on your remote.
Go to General.
Select Network.
Choose either Wi-Fi or Ethernet (LAN).
Follow prompts to connect to your network.
Setting date and time
Navigate to Settings > General > Time & Date.
Select Set Automatically to enable auto-sync.
Ensure the time and date are correct.
Navigate to Timezone, then select the appropriate continent, country/territory, and city.
Please note – if the time and date are not set correctly, the Fusion Signage application will not download in the next step.
Installing the Fusion Signage application
On your remote, press Settings.
Select EZ Settings.
Choose SI Server Settings.
Turn on Fully Qualified Domain Name.
Enter the URL:
https://fus.app/lg.ipk— you can input this using your keyboard or remote.Set Application Launch Mode to 'Local'.
Set Application Type to 'IPK'.
Set Local Application Upgrade to 'Remote'.
Turn the display off and on again.
After Reboot
Fusion Signage should automatically start once the device restarts.
Handy hint – if you encounter an error downloading the app, double-check that your internet connection and date and time settings are correct.
Managing device orientation
Adjust the screen orientation if needed via EZ Settings to match your setup.
Scheduling on and off times
To set the schedule for your screen:
Navigate to Settings > EZ Settings.
Select the On/Off Scheduler icon.
Set the times according to your customer’s requirements.
Uninstalling or resetting your LG screen
If you need to reinstall or remove the Fusion Signage app:
Navigate to Settings > Admin.
Choose Factory Reset and follow the prompts.
Note – after resetting, you will need to reinstall the app using the steps above. Also, remember to delete the screen from your Fusion Signage portal to free up the licence.
Returning to Fusion Signage settings
To access the main Fusion Signage interface (where you see Get Playlist and Settings):
Ensure Fusion Signage is running on the device.
Press the OK button on your remote.
