The easiest way to check if the Fusion Signage app is running is to press the centre button on your remote. If you see Fusion Signage-related content on the screen, the app is active. If your updated content isn’t displaying, it might be a connection issue.
If nothing appears at all, start by ensuring your screen is plugged into power and turned on – either with the remote or the power button on the screen.
If the screen is on but no Fusion Signage content is visible, try rebooting the device. A reboot should restart the Fusion Signage app.
