Why clear the application cache?

If you are experiencing issues with the application running on your device, you may want to clear the cache as a quick way of resetting it without having to re-install the applicaiton completely.


Clearing the cache on your device will remote all content and reset the identity. This means you will need to delete the old screen from your portal and add the new identity to get it up and running again.
