Why is my screen showing offline?
๐๏ธ No Bandwidth
Fusion Signage calculates bandwidth based on content (images & videos) you upload into your account, and your quote will reset each month. You receive an allocated amount of bandwidth per licence you have, so the more licences you have the more bandwidth you have available.
๐๏ธ Content Not Updating
If you have published new content to a screen but it isnโt appearing there could be a number of reasons:
๐๏ธ Application Not Running
The best way to check whether the Fusion Signage application is running is by pressing the centre button on your remote and seeing if anything fusion related appears on the screen. If you can see fusion related content then the application is running, but you may need to check your internet connection if your updated content isnโt displaying.
๐๏ธ No Identifier Showing
We suggest checking that your device is definitely connected to the internet as 99% of the time this is the issue. You can try these steps here
๐๏ธ Scheduling Issues
Fusion Signage relies on the screen/device time and date in order to schedule content. If this isn't set correctly your content will appear at the wrong time!
๐๏ธ Website link with images not refreshing

If you are seeing a pop up on your screen from SuperSU request asking to Grant access, this is because the Fusion Signage application is trying to update but the device is checking that it has access. Here are the steps to fix it:
