Fusion Signage calculates bandwidth based on content (images & videos) you upload into your account, and your quote will reset each month. You receive an allocated amount of bandwidth per licence you have, so the more licences you have the more bandwidth you have available.
No bandwidth error
If your Bandwidth has never been an issue before but you have now received a notification that you have no bandwidth this is likely because your Licence has expired. Check that your licence is still active, otherwise contact your reseller to renew your licence.
The bandwidth allocated to your account should be plenty to last you the month, if you are running out before the month ends and your licence isn’t expired, your content is likely too large and we recommend checking the resolution or bitrate to ensure the content is suitably compressed.
