We suggest checking that your device is definitely connected to the internet as 99% of the time this is the issue. You can try these steps here
If you have installed the Fusion Signage application correctly on your device, but it is not showing an Identifier on the screen you can try the following:
- Check your internet connection and make sure the network cable is connected to your screen/device
- Make sure the time and date is set on your device. Fusion Signage requires the correct time and date to be set in order to pass our security certificates
Philips BDL4150D panels have a second time and date setting within the panel itself (as opposed to Android settings). Using your remote, press Home -> Advanced Options -> Date & Time. Set Auto Sync = Yes.
