Audit Logs

Audit Logs are now available for Pro licence users in Fusion Signage.

This feature allows you to track user activities across your account, helping you understand who made changes, when they happened, and what exactly was done.

Whether you need to troubleshoot issues, review team activity, or investigate accidental deletions, Audit Logs give you the visibility you need.

Where to Find Audit Logs

  • Log in to your Fusion Signage account
  • Navigate to Settings
  • Click the Audit tab (located on the far right)

What You’ll See in the Audit Logs

Each entry in the Audit Logs contains the following details:

  • Date & Time - When the action took place
  • Actor - The person who performed the action
  • Action - The type of action (e.g. created, deleted, deployed, playlist)
  • Target - The item the action was performed on (such as a user, company, screen name, file name, or playlist name)
  • Description - Additional context about what happened

Example Uses

  • Identify accidental deletions - Quickly see who removed a file or playlist and when
  • Review user activity - Monitor who created, edited, or moved items
  • Improve accountability - Maintain a clear history of actions for auditing purposes

Important Notes

  • Audit Logs are only available to accounts on a Pro licence
  • Data in the Audit Logs is read-only and cannot be edited
  • Audit tracking began in May 2025 - actions before this date are not recorded
  • Data is retained for the lifetime of your company account and is permanently deleted when the account is deleted. If you would like to request your data to be deleted, please fill out this data deletion request [form] (https://fusionsignage.com.au/data-deletion)
