what happens if my screen goes offline? when a report is deployed, a cached screenshot of the report is stored on the device this screenshot is refreshed each time the report updates with new data if your screen loses connectivity, it will continue displaying the last cached screenshot until the device is back online it will not receive new data or updates during this period my reports load slowly or part of it fails to load slow loading or incomplete rendering may be due to limitations in your microsoft power bi capacity consider upgrading your capacity for better performance more information about capacity options can be found here https //learn microsoft com/en us/power bi/developer/embedded/embedded capacity looking for something else? we can’t wait to hear about it reach out to our sunshiney support and we'll be in touch in a flash
