Power BI potential errors and their meanings

1. no-cache Message: This is likely the first time the report has attempted to render, and we are still in the process of taking a screenshot of the report. Meaning: Fusion Signage is still syncing your Power BI data. The report preview is not yet available because the system is preparing the screenshot. Please check back later.

2. no-internet-no-cache Message: The screen is offline so can’t render the live report, and there is no backup screenshot to display. Meaning: Your screen is disconnected from the internet. To view the report, you'll need to reconnect your device to the internet.

3. unsupported-no-cache Message: Previews of the Power BI reports are not available within the Fusion Signage portal. Meaning: The report is displaying correctly on your screen, but Fusion Signage cannot generate a preview screenshot in the portal. This is normal and does not affect the actual display on the screens.

4. fatal-error-no-cache Message: Please contact [email protected]. There is likely an authentication or device issue. Meaning: There is a critical problem, possibly with device authentication or application installation. You'll need assistance from support to resolve the issue, which may involve reinstalling the app on your device.

If you encounter any of these errors, ensure your devices are online, properly authenticated, and running the latest app version. For persistent issues, contact support for further assistance.
