Whether you’re logging in for the first time, or back for a refresher… this is the perfect place to start.

Take a peek at this high-level overview to quickly send signage live.

Let’s jump in!

Key components of Fusion Signage

Fusion Signage is a digital signage software.

In other words, it's the tool that allows you to place your donut pictures and videos (or other equally delicious Media) in a group (known as a Playlist), then plan for them to go live on your chosen day and time (with a Schedule) and show this content on your Screen/s anywhere in the world.

Let’s unpack those buzzwords:

Media :

content that you want to display on your screen.

This may be :

  • Images/ Photos (PNG, JPG, JPEG)
  • Videos (MP4)
  • Websites (public websites)
  • Designs (created in our Designer)

Playlists :

A list that groups Media content you want to show on one or many Screens

You can create as many Playlists as you like. This is so you can group different messages, and even different Screens. For example, you may choose to create one Playlist for your specials. Another for seasonal content. And another for location specific content (e.g. front of store, North Queensland building etc) Playlists can be assigned directly to a screen without needing a Schedule.

Schedules :

A pre-set plan to automate which Playlist is shown, when and where

Based on your Schedule, Playlists will automatically change at set times of day, or days of the week. For example, you may choose to show breakfast specials in the morning, lunchtime features from noon and quick snacks during the afternoon rush. Or you might pack your bags for the holidays and have your Christmas Playlist scheduled for all of December.

Screens :

The physical device that is installed in your business, where you want your content to appear.

These are commercial grade screens, whether one single screen or a collection of multiple screens together. Your Fusion Signage software runs directly on your screen if using a System on Chip (SoC) screen, or on the connected media player. Sa-weet.
